Terms and Conditions for Invoice Estimate

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the provision of invoice estimates ("Estimate") by INTCIS WEB ("Company") to the Client ("Client"). By accepting an Estimate from the Company, the Client agrees to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides website and mobile app development services globally. The Estimate outlines the anticipated costs associated with the services the Client requests.

3. Validity of Estimate

  • The Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • After this period, the Company reserves the right to adjust the Estimate based on any changes in scope, requirements, or other factors.

4. Components of the Estimate

  • The Estimate includes detailed costs for development, design, testing, and other related services.
  • Any additional services not specified in the Estimate will be subject to separate charges.

5. Acceptance of Estimate

  • The Client must provide written acceptance of the Estimate via email or other agreed-upon communication methods.
  • Upon acceptance, the Company will commence work according to the agreed schedule.

6. Payment Terms

  • Upon approval of the Estimate, the project is to be completed within 60 days.
  • An invoice will be issued 60 days after the date of Estimate approval.
  • Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges of 5% per month.
  • All hosting and services are based on monthly pricing. The Client is eligible for two months free for annual payment in advance.

7. Changes to Scope

  • Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance of the Estimate must be agreed upon in writing.
  • Changes may result in adjustments to the Estimate and project timeline.

8. Cancellation

  • The Client may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice.
  • The Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including any non-refundable expenses incurred by the Company.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
  • The Company's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Houston, Texas.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Houston, Texas.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting an Estimate from the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
